Efficient cross-functional teamwork is crucial for robust project management at every step of the process.
All projects are carried out collaboratively, applying the principles of the Scrum Methodology, where no one is left aside. Company meetings are held every 3 weeks to present all the work completed by all teams over the intervening period. Scrum allows us to continuously improve, rapidly respond to changes, and deliver early.

This is where SynapCell was founded in 2005 and that’s why innovation is part of our DNA. We pioneered the development of pre-clinical EEG for CNS drug discovery decades ago, and since then we’ve never stopped improving and developing technologies to stay at the cutting edge.
