Decoding Therapeutic Signatures: The Contribution of Pharmaco-EEG in Profiling Compounds with Varied Mechanisms of Action
This poster recapitulates some of the analysis that were performed internally. Here, FFT and polar plots were the main analysis performed as the goal was really to define, on a higher level, the potential specific signature associated with a therapeutic class of compounds. SynapCell’s whole dataset is currently improving and our pipeline constantly growing with new compounds we are profiling.
